How to control your personal information

Rest assured, Seamless doesn’t sell your personal information to third parties such as data brokers or other data resellers. However, certain privacy laws broadly define “sell” to include different types of data sharing with third parties.

This sharing includes providing third party online advertising and analytics partners, as well as certain trusted partners with whom we link your accounts, with identifiers, internet usage information, and commercial information (e.g., records of transactions and purchases) in order to personalize ads for our Services, measure ad campaigns and conduct analytics, and improve and market partnership benefits. We may also share identifiers with campus food services if you’re a student or using Seamless’s campus dining.

You can opt out of Seamless’s sharing of personal information in this way by providing the email used for your Seamless account.  

• Once you opt out, we’ll disable cookies set by advertising partners and social media companies that could be considered “selling,” and you will no longer receive personalized offers from Seamless on those sites or services. You may still see ads from Seamless, but they will be less personalized.

• Your personal information won’t be shared with these partners and/or campus food service providers.

If the email you provide is not associated with a Seamless account, your opt out will apply only to the browser and device you are using when you opt out. If you access Seamless from other browsers or devices, you will need to opt out on each browser or device.
